Honey Soy Stir-Fry

Fast, fresh and full of flavour. Made easy with our All Foods – “Family Ready to Wok” stir-fry kits.

Ingredients

  • 1 All Foods "Family Ready to Wok" Stir-Fry Kit

  • 500 g Choice of Protein (chicken, prawns or beef)

  • 2 Tbsp Honey

  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 Clove Garlic

  • 1 tsp Ginger

  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

  • Jasmine or Brown Rice

  • Toasted Sesame Seeds

  • Sliced Spring Onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Toss in your All Foods stir-fry kit — veggies and protein — and cook for 5–7 mins, stirring often, until everything’s sizzling and just cooked through.
  3. While that’s cooking, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the sauce over your stir-fry and toss to coat. Let it bubble for 1–2 mins to get nice and sticky.
  5. Serve over hot rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions if you’re feeling extra.

Recipe Notes

Top Tip: Add a dash of chilli and a splash of lime if you like a little zing.
